The data we process about you
Your work email address, the alerts you create (keywords, CPV codes, départements, minimum value), your display language and technical sign-in logs. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking: the only cookies set keep you signed in and remember your language.
Why
To sign you in, send you your alerts and sign-in links, and run your account. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request.
Processors
Hosting: Cloudflare (database in Western Europe). Email delivery: Resend. They process your data only to provide this service to us.
Retention
Sign-in links: 20 minutes. Sessions: 30 days. Account and alerts: while the account is active, then deleted on request or after 3 years of inactivity.
The public data shown
Information about public contracts comes from the essential public procurement data (DECP) and the BOAMP, published under the Licence Ouverte 2.0. It concerns public buyers and contract-holding companies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the address shown in your sign-in emails. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
